luck9 follows Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of its standard account management practice. You may be required to submit identity documents at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point when luck9 considers verification necessary.
Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID) and proof of address. luck9 may also request a selfie or additional documentation depending on the circumstances.

Bets are final once confirmed. luck9 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases where a clear technical error has occurred on the platform's side.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error that interrupts a game session, luck9 will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, bets affected by the interruption may be voided and the staked amount refunded to the player's account balance.
luck9 reserves the right to void bets that were placed on incorrect odds or game data resulting from a manifest error. Manifest errors include but are not limited to incorrect odds, misquoted prices, or data feed failures.
Sports betting markets are subject to the outcomes determined by the relevant governing body or league. luck9 follows standard industry practice for the settlement of disputed or abandoned events.
